 Job Description:

Sales representatives work with homeowners to inspect and identify the need for each of our service programs. Evenings are spent in the sales office calling prospects and selling our services. Through on-going training, you will continually develop your sales skills allowing you to sell multiple service programs on a daily basis. 

Training:

We pride ourselves on having a comprehensive sales training program that will allow you to be productive immediately. Sales training begins on day one! You will start with on-the-job field training and developing professional sales closing skills and techniques. Further training will include agronomic/sales training in a classroom setting and continue with weekly sales training meetings.

Requirements:

You must have graduated high school or have a GED. Industry experience is helpful but not required. You must maintain perfect attendance and strive to exceed goals. You are required to work evenings, during the week, until 9 pm. You must be comfortable and enthusiastic with talking to prospects and conveying the benefits of each of our services. You must own and maintain a reliable vehicle that you are willing to use every day on the job.

Compensation/Benefits:

You will earn a bi-weekly guaranteed salary and monthly commissions that will amount to $25-$50K your first year! There is definitely more room to earn more, but it takes creativity, indulgence, and dedication. Do you have it in you?
